Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Louisiana
How can I opt out of a trust that has been a nightmare and soap opera for the past 10 years of my life. I still havent recieved the rest of my trust fund but I'd rather have it transfered to my brother (who is also a part of the inheritance) rather than continue a battle that my own children may have to deal with one day.

The Trust documents contains the conditions upon which the trust operates. It should include a provision on how to terminate it.
