Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Louisiana

My parents and I exchanged property because they thought they had more property and I was going to build a house. Well that wasn't the case. Now my dad is deceased. Can my mother and I exchange properties back without my siblings being involved

If the property you exchanged with them was their community property, then he had only a 50% interest in it. Therefore, the property you gave them took its place and he only owned 1/2 of it. If your mom wants to exchange the property or sell the property, the rule is the same, all owners must execute the documents exchanging the property. This is assuming there was no will.
