what right do I have on my pass away husband's property,if he does not have a will?

If the deceased left no will then any property he owns will pass to his heirs. If the property was purchased during your marriage, then you own one-half and the heirs would own the other. You would have usufruct for life. If the property was his property before your marriage, you would only be entitled to receive some of the monies you put into the property.
