Payment of Succession Cost
My mother died in Dec 2001 and we are in the process of succession. There are 5 children. So far only 3 has paid on succession. Can the other 2 be legally made to pay their part since they will be receiving their part of the inheritance?

Costs of the proceeding are actually the debt of the estate. The estate can reimburse those who have paid as a debt before distribution of the remaining assets
