Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Louisiana
If a person hires a lawyer to draw up a will, telling them what his wishes are clearly, and dies before the will is made or done. Would the beneficiary preference of the deceased have a case in louisiana courts to claim assets?

No. The will has to be properly executed to have any effect.
