for power of attorney who is supposed to get the orignal power of attorney form and how do you change a power of attorny to someone different if you are not satisfied and it was only done about one month ago?

The person who is given the power of attorney is one party who should have a copy. The power of attorney is presented as needed. It is possible to file with the clerk's office. A power of attorney is good until revoked and it can be revoked by a subsequent power of attorney naming a new holder and revoking all others.
