Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Louisiana

Why am I having such a problem finding an experienced attorney to represent me or simply file a motion for a final accounting on my Mother's succession? It seems like it be an easy thing to do ,find a good lawyer,when you knowthat they other heir who also named the Executar of my mom's estate is stealing from the estate.
