It is always best to have someone knowledgeable to guide you because of tax and title issues. However you have the right to file in proper person. A goodlaw library and some public libraries will have law form books-but remember that the court won't make corrections for you. Court costs can be high. The clerk will want a deposit at the time of filing. You can get the amount from your clerk of courts civil department.
