Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Louisiana

recently divorced married for 29 yrs.got a divorce and the judge gave my ex the right to come back and get my property at any time? even though im disabled and bought this property with my back pay.and she took her name off the loan papers and filed apaper with the clerk of court to take her name off the tax papers.i would like to know how i can leave my property to my kids and grandkids without her(my ex) without coming into part of it.can this be done with a will? or willit be more involved.?

I'm thinking the judge told her she can File to settle the community at a later date. If she filed paperwork declaring herself as no linger owning the property, she will not be entitled to a portion. A will is the proper way to ensure that your wishes are followed after you are gone.
