Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Louisiana

I am selling my deceased mother's home. I am the administrator. I have an offer for $ 10,000 down and a 3 year financing. Do I have to get permission from my sisters to sell it in this way? My mother willed me her 1/2 of the sale of the home.

You have to either get the other heirs' permission or the permission of the Court where you opened the succession.
