Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Louisiana
my siblings and myself have a home in Louisiana that was left to us in my mother's will, we want to turn ownership over to our niece who lives in the home, how can we do this with only her will and not having our names on the Deed.

You can open your mother's succession and probate her will.
In the process you and your siblings can renounce your interests in the home in favor of the niece.
