Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Louisiana

If a spouse dies and does not leave a will, succession is done and property is for sons and surving wife. Wife remarries and sons do an establishment of Usufructs. Can that person leave her usufructs to her new husband. Can she also leave her share of the property to new husband? If she leaves him habitat till he dies can sons charge rent to him? Can sons still sell house and property even though he has habitat?

She can leave him her half of the community. If she dies then the heirs can force the sale of the house or charge rent for their portion.
