Any attorney can draft a will for you. It is not that expensive. There are some will "kits" out there on the internet, but I would avoid those. They are just about as expensive as most attorneys would charge you and there is a good chance you would not get it right and the will would be invalid. Moreover, it still has to be notarized and the attorney will notarize it for free if he drafts it.

Just find an attorney in your area on this site and call them up.

There are many questions to be answered, depending on how you want your estate to devolve and who you want to administer your estate, if need be. If you have family and young children to consider as legatees, perhaps you would want to creat testamentary trusts in your will. You need to contact an attorney to discuss these issues, and others that you may have.
