Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Louisiana
Succession
Before my mother died my brother and one sister died before her, she left property in a will to my sister and I the only surviving children but after loosing everything in hurricane Katrina we have not been able to afford to get the succession done. Is there a way we can do it ourselves? My sister is a legal secretary but has no probate or succession experience. She can however learn and if someone could walk her through it she can type up all documents and file them. Do you know of anyone who would be willing to help us?
