Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Louisiana
Succession
Several years ago my great grandmother died without a will and passed down a small piece of property to her heirs. Since that time, both my grandmother and mother passed -- none of which had wills. A succession obviously needs to be done. But is this a complicated, lenghtly or expensive process?
