Transfer of Property
How does one transfer ownership of property received from an inheritence? Is it done through a Warranty Deed? My uncle received some property in another state from a long and dear friend. Both are residents of Louisiana. Any info will be deeply appreciated.

If the land is in another state it must be transferred in accordance with the laws of that state.
