how do i acces my trust fund that my granfather left me for colleg if my father is in charge of it and he does not want to give me any money enven though im in school

It depends on what it says in the trust agreement. If your father is withholding the money from you in violation of the trust, you may be able to bring a court action to force the trustee to make required distributions. Contact an attorney in your area for help with this.
