Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Louisiana

Trusts

Sir, Madame,

Lousiana -Inheritence law-what happens, if the two trustees have died?

There is property in the will/trust which was set by a mother decades ago.

What happens to the trust? What has to be done??

I am a German citizen trying to find help for an American friend.

Would be nice to get help.

Thank you.
