Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Louisiana
In my will, I have equally divided my property between my children. One of them have died leaving 3 grown children.
Does his inheritance get divided by his 3 children and their stepmother or just the children?

That depends on what your will says. You can divide it however you like. You should draft a new will and clearly state in your new will how you want the property to be divided.
