is a will legal if not all children are named in will. 4 were omited from will in louisiana.

The will does not have to mention or leave assets to children, unless they are forced hers (under 24 or disabled) at the time of the testator's death.

The will may be legal, but the ommision of children may not be, depending on whether the children are the legal forced heirs of the decedent
