Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Louisiana
if a will has been made in louisiana and property was willed that has oil production should the money and mineral rights and oil royalties be specified in the will to make it binding especially since there are other heirs.

If a will gives immovable property (land) to a specific person, it includes everything that land produces, such as mineral or crops or rents. Only if the minerals, crops or rents are specifically given to someone it follows the property or thing that produces them.
