boss denied my injury

I injured my back on dec.10.2006 and went to the doctor on the 11th, everyone at my job was made aware and an investigation done. a subcotractor was found at fault, my boss streeses that he doesnt like w/c because it raises his pream,went to my doctor and was placed on lite duty....in oct of 2007 the pain got so bad i returned to the doctor and was told not to retun to work for six weeks. while out my company says i abbanoned (quit) my and that it wasnt a wc claim..the thing is i have been going to the doctor for almost ten months and he denise that i got hurt on this job...can he do this? This can be proved by witnesses and doctor statements AND I AM USING MY INSURANCE TO PAY FOR DOC. VISIT

Your biggest problem is that you did not sue the subcontractor who was at fault for your injury. Since you did not work for the sub, then you could have sued. Unfortunately, you only have 1 year from the injury within which to sue. That has passed. So, WC is all you have. Find a lawyer who specializes in that and see him right away.
