Doctor's Appoinments

If a doctor's appoinment can not be scheduled off work time. Can they make you clock out for these appoinments?

Yes. Your question is about worker's compensation, but you are at work, so in my opinion you are not under normal WC rules. Besides, WC only pays 2/3's of your pay while out, so you would only be entitled to 2/3's of an hour off rather than a full hours pay if you take sick leave or annual leave.

Yes unless you are there on a business related injury you probabley will be instructed to clock out.
