Legal Question in Workers Comp in Louisiana
what do we do
my husband is58 yrs.and an otr driver. He has been with this company for 18 years.He had a 3 level fusion surgery on his neck 5-9-07.I feel that the job caused this problem,but because there wasnt a job injury reported there was not a wc claim made.We have been living off saveings and hoping that he can be approved for goverment disability.Can we file for wc if deniend gov.disability

Of course you can file for WC. You will need to prove the fusion was required or a result of the 18 years of driving.
