Legal Question in Workers Comp in Louisiana

Louisiana workers comp law- In a sexual harassment, discrimination, hostile work environment, and retaliation claim that resulted in anxiety, stress, and many other things, with less than 12 months of employment, could this be covered under workers comp since short term disability denied it due to it being work related?

You need to take your case to someone who specializes in workplace damage suits. If you can prove the harassment, discrimination, hostile work environment and retailation, AND that you attempted to have it stopped by going to management, AND it continued, then you may have more than a WC case. But since I do not do this kind of work, find someone who does and seek their help.
