Legal Question in Workers Comp in Louisiana
My options
I Was injured on the job tore a disc need surgery.but don't want them to take out my disc.can't do the type of work i was doing.route/del.for the past 20yrs.what are my options.

You cannot be forced to undergo the surgery, but your job security will be affected. Also, proof that the surgery would be successful could affect your benefits. Sounds like you need to sit down with an attorney and have your medical reports with you. It is difficult to answer this type of question without knowing the lay of the land.
