Legal Question in Workers Comp in Louisiana
I am a secretary, If I have accrued numerous vacation hours at my job and one of the partners sells out the the other who is responsible for paying me all my vacation hours? What happens to my money if he sells the company or gets another partner? what happens to my money if he closes the business?
