Legal Question in Disability Law in Maine

VA Disability

To who it may concern,

I'am a veitnam veteran stationed in southeast asia in 1974-1975 and I was in the air guard from 1986-2001. I went to Saudia Arabia in 2001 twice for aproximently 31 days each. I was also in the air guard 1986-2001 as a tech. I started having sezures in aprox. 1989. I was forced to med. retire. having 18 years of service. I worked on flight line equipment with aprox. 100 different chemicals I have most of the msds but as time went on, they would change them to emprove them chemically. and most of these had very serious chemicals. These chemicals were substitutid for other chemical locally, And may have been even worse at the earlier years. I'm told by the VA I have no claim for disability. even tho I worked the same military job daily. I beleave it's from these chemicals or something I got into. My neorologest thinks it could be as well. Do I have anything in my favor. Thank for your help. Mike--name removed--
