Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Maine
After bankruptcy, for how long do the creditors look for assets. ie: will creditors go after death benefits of spouse (male, primary wage earner) 3 years after bankruptcy?

No. There is a 6 month look back period, but that typically applies to the Trustee.
