Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Maine
How do I get reimbursed?
I got married in July of 2004. I had paid for my wedding pictures in full before the wedding and still have not recieved them. If I have already paid for pictures and my photographer files bankruptcy and has not delivered my pictures to me, how do I get reimbursed? Does he have to pay back the money I already paid to him? What should I do if the photographer does file?

Hi -
If the photographer rec'd payment for the pictures, but did not then give you the pictures (which you had paid for), it might constitute a kind of fraud which the bankruptcy court may question, but you'll need to raise the issue if and when he files for bankruptcy.
