Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Maine
Tax Refund after Bankruptcy
I am being forced to file bankruptcy due to a surgery and now an insurance payment not equal to my previous income. I will be filing in January of 2008 and am concerned about my tax refunds for 2008 & 2009. Will this have any effect on them?
