How can I force my Business Partner to share info about our company?

The answer to this depends upon what type of business arrangment you have. Are you a partnership? If so, Maine statute allows for you to formally obtain that information and sue if necessary to split up the partnership and divide the costs and profits. If you are a corporation, a different part of Maine statute details your rights as shareholders, including a right to access to the company books. The Bylaws and other shareholder agreements may also be relevant to the analysis if any exist.
