selling items
I am a temp that works for a temp agentce. They have me working for a company that sells shoes. This comany will give use discounts on the shoes. My question is it legal to buy then sell the shoes out on the web?

I am unaware of any statute or law prohibiting such sales, since you are legitimately purchasing the items and they are then your property to do with as you see fit.
However, it is likely a violation of company policy, ie- the products are for "personal use" so such sales may jeopardize your employment.
