Selling non-authentic products.
If you were to sell a non-authentic copy of an product, such as oakley sunglasses, would it be a legal transaction if you stated somewhere that the item was not an original?

Re: Selling non-authentic products.
You used the words "non-authentic copy" which implies that the copy was similar but not identical to the original. That can be sold without copywrite infringement. If the product is identical to the original you may be infringing on the brand owner's copywrite.
