Tree Cutting

The power company, while cutting

branches for a new power line, cut

down several trees on my property.

Some of the trees were a privacy

screen. Would I be able to get

compensation to repair the damage?

I do not practice in ME, but in most/all states you would probably have a claim for compensation. You should consult with a local attorney who can negotiate/litigate this for you.
