I was recenlty involved in an accident with an uninsured driver. The hit me, but I only have liability insureance. What are my options or am I just really screwed in this situation? I was not injured, but my car does need repair. Is sueing the best alternative?

What info do you have on the UI driver? Did he or she own car? EMployed? Sometimes a Demand Letter from an attorney will get the desired result. What are your total damages? Any injury?
