Legal Question in Consumer Law in Maine
Scammed from a loan company
I have sent a loan company over $1600.00 to get a $5000.00. I was supposed to see the money in my account 48 hours later and it has been well over the 48 hour period.
Can I sue the loan company for non payment of the loan ?

Re: Scammed from a loan company
This does sound like a scam; I'd be interested to know who and where they are. You normally don't pay that much money to get a loan that size.
