Legal Question in Consumer Law in Maine
T-Shirt screen Print
Our class reunion committee contracted with a local screen printer for 40 tshirts with our school and 1959-2009. When we opened the box the shirts said 1956-2009. We have paid for the shirts and the vendor says she can't do anything for us! What can we do?

Re: T-Shirt screen Print
If the signed contract with the printer indicated that it they have those exact years they should redo them. You will need to read the details of the agreement that was signed, if any. You will also need to return all the shirts you received. Feel free to contact me about this matter.
