Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Maine

property lien

Do too great credit card debt a lien was placed on property.My paycheck has also been garnished.My husband and I would like too refinance as it would help solve the problem but how can we refinance if the property has a lien on it? Also, if they are garnishing my paycheck,can or will they takee other actions?Very distressed,please help!

Lien can be paid @ Re-fi. WHat is debt total? SOunds like this has gone to Judgment already? Did you not have an attorney?
