Serving a capias from massachusetts small claims court to an individual in maine

I have been awarded a capias by a small claims court in norfolk county ma, the individuals last know address at the time i filed was in bristol county ma, during the small claims process the defendant moved to aroostook county maine(don't have exact address yet, but do have soc sec #)

any advice on my options and how i should proceed next would be appreciated.
