Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maine
''evidence''
when they arrested me they said they had audio evidence of me selling drugs. this is not true and i would like to hear and see any evidence they have against me. do i have the right and if i do how do i request it?

The Police do not have to provide this information to you until after you have been arraigned or indicted. You should speak to an attorney who should be contacting the police for you. I highly recommend that you do not talk to the police. Feel free to call to discuss this matter.
