receiving stolen property class d
i was caught shoplifting 550.00 in merchandice this is my first arrest and i signed a confection should i just go myself to court and plead guilty or would it help to bring a lawyer i don't want to do jail time but will take what ever else is coming to me thanks

You should get an attorney. An attorney may be able to get an alternative disposition instead of a guilty on your record.
