Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maine

the rights of the warranted ?

Could it be true that a person who has an outstanding

warrant for his arrest on theft, breaking and entering,

trespassing, assault and attempted murder could

elude arrest by checking him self in to a psychiatric

clinic?

And that the clinic can sight confidentiality as a way to

not release if they are treating and harboring this

person?

Would this not be considered aiding a criminal?
