Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maine
Shoplifting charges
my aughter was caught shoplifting in So. Portland in December, has a court date in March but is back in school in Florida and can't get back to Maine on that date. We've called and written the court and have gotten no response. What is going to happen when she is not present on her court date??
