Legal Question in DUI Law in Maine

alcohol misdemeanor question

I was given a court date for underage

possession and I believe that the

judge said 6 months for the

misdemeanor to be expunged. I was

wondering if anyone happens to

know the exact time (this was in

Maine).

This was over a year ago, and now

this sept I have a date for internal

possession in NH. This ticket will not

double because this would be my

''first offense'' correct???

Thank you for your inquiry. However, you need to speak with a NH attorney about the "internal possession" charge, as we don't have any charges that have that name. The NH attorney can also get a copy of your Maine court documents to determine exactly what the Judge ordered. Once your NH attorney gets the Maine information, they will be able to advise you of your potential penalties for the NH charge. Good luck!
