I was aressted for DUI in NH but I have a Maine CDL. What are the laws pertaining to that case?

Maine and NH have wants known as "reciprocity". They keep each other informed of license status and criminal actions. You will have to deal with the NH DUI in NH, but let your attorney know that you have a CDL so that they can address the issue with the prosecutors.
