I recently got arrested for oui, got my blood taking, no results as of yet would it be a good idea to take a deep course before an aministrative hearing and especially before my court appearance?

It is not guaranteed that you will be criminally prosecuted, or that the Bureau of Motor Vehicles will have a hearing. It would be useful to see what the blood test results say. I assume that you did not give a breath sample. In any event, if you have a strong likelihood of getting a criminal conviction or a BMV suspension for OUI, it does not hurt to do the DEEP course.
