Process

I was never fingerprinted, mugged shot

or had to pay bail. Is this normal?

I assume from your question and the category selection that you were charged/summonsed for OUI. If I am wrong, let me know. If correct, my next assumption is that you were not arrested. Some people are given a summons for OUI without having been arrested first. You are one of the lucky ones, if my assumptions are correct. If you want to discuss your case, please let me know.
