Legal Question in Family Law in Maine

My 17 yr old daughter got married 5 months ago.Now he wants a divorce.He wants to take everything they got while married, what rights does she have to the stuff?I gave them permission to get married because that was his dying wish. He has stage 4 cancer and he wants the divorce now before he passes so she can't have anything.. What rights does she have to the things they got while married. Also he gets VA benefits for him and her but he gets all the money.. What right does she have to it also?He bought her stuff he wants to take back now? what rights does she have to keep it? He kept all registrations in his name so she can't get anything.Do i have to go to court for her since she is a minor or how does that work.. Please help!
