Legal Question in Family Law in Maine

Our divorce was final December 24, 1999. The judge ordered a QDRO for the retirement. Would that be for the retirement to the date of divorce or retirement earned after that date too?

Typically it's to the date of divorce. Read the Divorce Judgment carefully to see if it indicates anything specific.
